Where will my massage session take place?
Your massage or bodywork session will take place in a private quiet room at my office location and you will lie on a table specifically designed for your massage comfort. In chair office massages are available by request.

Do I have to completely undress for the massage?
You should undress to your level of comfort. You will be properly draped during the entire session. Once undressed to your comfort level, relax onto the table and cover yourself with a clean sheet. 

What parts of my body will be massaged?
A typical full-body massage session will include work on your back, arms, legs, feet, hands, head, neck, and shoulders.

What should I do during the massage session?
Feel free to ask me any questions about the upcoming massage. During the massage, make yourself comfortable. I will either gently move you or tell you what is needed throughout the massage session. Many people just close their eyes and completely relax, communicating if/when they need more or less pressure, or have any other questions about the massage session. 

How will I feel after the massage or bodywork session?
Most people feel very relaxed and a relief from tension and stress. 

Are there any medical conditions that Paula needs to know about prior to the massage?

Yes. before you begin your session please inform me regarding any health problems you may have or prescription medications you are currently take. If you are under a doctor's care, it is strongly advised that you check with your doctor prior to your massage session to see if you need a written recommendation. Depending on the condition, approval from your doctor may be required. A doctor's consent and release is require for any pre-natal massage.

How do I make an appointment?

I like to talk to my clients directly for their appointments so I do not offer online appointment scheduling. Please call me at 423.636.0186.  If I don't answer, please leave me a message and I will return your call as soon as possible. If you would like to arrange for a chair massage at your business or office, please let me know.

Do you take credit cards?

In order to keep rates as low as possible, I only accept cash and personal checks.
